Obtain a Hormel® Always Tender® Beef Chuck Roast.

Coat a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the roast in the slow cooker; top with potatoes, onion, carrots, and celery. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and pepper.

Pour cola over soup mix. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 to 11 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.

With slotted spoon, remove vegetables and beef from slow cooker; place vegetables on serving platter and beef on cutting board. Cover to keep warm.
Whisk together water and flour; stir into juices in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High heat setting 15 minutes or until thickened.

Cut roast into serving size pieces and serve with vegetables and gravy.
