Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt, Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

In 12-inch skillet, heat light olive oil over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes or until browned and internal temperature reaches 155°F. Top each pork chop with 2 half-slices tomato, 1/4 of basil and 2 half-slices cheese. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Meanwhile, cook orzo according to package directions; drain. Return to saucepan. Stir in extra-virgin olive oil, onions, cheese and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
