  • 1 (1 to 1¼- pound) package Hormel® Always Tender® T-Bone Steak
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Obtain a Hormel® Always Tender® T-Bone Steak.

  2. Rub all surfaces of steak with pepper and salt. Let stand 30 minutes.

  3. Prepare grill for medium-high direct heat, positioning the rack 5 to 6 inches from the heat source. Lightly oil rack. Place steak on grill. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare doneness (140° to 150°F.), turning once. Let stand 5 minutes.

  4. Drizzle steak with olive oil and lemon juice.

  5. Enjoy this wonderfully made T-Bone steak.

  • Grilled vegetables, such as carrots, new potatoes, bell peppers, and red onion, seasoned with basil and olive oil.
